Competency : Has intermediate knowledge and skills in the provision of technical assistance in the formulation and implementation of BRM-related plans (FLUP, CRMP, ISWMP, PAMB, IRBM, IWRM) and integration to LGU plans; processing and evaluation of public land applications, forest, water and wildlife resource utilization and regulation activities in the preparation of tenurial instruments and permits for improved resource management.

3.Proof of eligibility such as: a. CSC certificate of eligibility b. PRC board rating and updated license c. If BAR passer: Supreme Court of the Philippines-issued Certificate of Membership in the Philippine Bar
4. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) and diploma for Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree. Submit all that applies: elementary diploma, HS diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, Diploma course, Certificate course, if on-going or not completed: True copy of grades showing number of units earned);5. HR - certified copy of performance rating sheet in the latest rating period;
6. Certified photocopies of Training Certificates;
7. Certified Photocopy/ies of Special Orders for designations;
8. Certificate of Employment / Contract of Service / Memorandum of Agreement from all previous employers.
