Training Registration Confirmation and Data Privacy Consent

This message confirms your successful registration for the training program indicated below. It also provides important information on how your personal data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Note: The Zoom session has already reached its maximum capacity. You may still participate by watching the live broadcast through the official CSC Region II Facebook Page. The attendance form, along with the pre-test, post-test, and post-evaluation links, will also be provided during the Facebook Live session.
Attendance will be monitored through the attendance form that will be provided during the session. A Certificate of Completion equivalent to two (2) hours of technical training will be issued to all participants, whether attending via Zoom or Facebook Live, who successfully complete the course requirements, namely: (1) attendance, (2) pre-test, (3) post-test, and (4) post-course evaluation. The links to these requirements will be provided during the session.

The overview of the 2025 Omnibus Rules on Apointments and Other Human resource Actions (ORA-OHRA) establishes the updated policies, standards, and procedures governing appointments and other human resource actions in the Philippine Civil Service. This micro-learning session serves as an introductory session to the full-course of the 2025 ORA -OHRA. It aims to provide [articipants with the genral overview of the purpose, scope, guiding principles. major provisions, and notale policy updates of the Rules.
Target Participants: Head of Agencies, Human Resource Merit, and Promotion Selection Board, Department/Division/Section Chiefs, & All interested indivuduals
