SUBJECT : Refund of the P500.00 Examination Fee
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
All CSC ROII Registered Examinees of the Cancelled 15 March 2020 CSE-PPT are required to:
1. Download and accomplish the Refund Request Form (RRF) (http://cscdos.rf.gd/getRRF) and the Authorization to Claim Refund Form (http://cscdos.rf.gd/getACRF), if thru representative;
2. Register thru http://cscdos.rf.gd/refund starting June 21, 2021 to October 31, 2021and upload the following:
a. Duly accomplished RRF
b. Authorization to Claim Refund Form, if thru representative
c. Valid Identification Card of Refundee
d. Valid Identification Card of Authorized Representative, if applicable
e. Official Receipt/Acknowledgment Receipt, if available
f. Death Certificate (of deceased examination applicant), if applicable
IMPORTANT: Refundee shall register only ONCE. Absence of any of the REQUIRED documents shall cause the non- processing of the request.

Those who opted to claim the refund in person via CSC RO/FO shall be notified via email or Short Message Service (SMS)/Text Message of the schedule and details of the refund by the CSC RO or the concerned CSC FO, as the case may be.
For refunds via LandBank WeAccess/Gcash/PayMaya or Cebuana Lhuiller, refundees shall also be informed via email or SMS/Text Message once the amount has been credited to the payment facility of choice.
